The world building was pretty awesome. This group of men opened the box. Yeah. Pandora's box. When the demon's escaped each man became attached to a demon as punishment. That I loved. Broody, dangerous "me want my woman" alpha males? Sign.me.up. I am a huge PNR fan but give me something new! We have a heroine who is pained and cursed but SURPRISE! it all disappears while in the presence of a sexy, uber-alpha immortal. Really, what better reason to love someone after three days? I wasn't feeling the chemistry between Maddox and Ashlyn. They were in love right away and I couldn't seem to figure out why.
Like I said, I loved the world building and am intrigued enough to continue with the series.
