The One That Got Away - Rhianne Aile, Madeleine Urban When David is injured with a broken shoulder his best friend, Trace, offers to help him out during his recovery. David knows that his friend is straight and strictly off limits. He’s never had any sort of attraction towards Trace before the man started helping him. But the close proximity started to affect them both in the most delicious ways.

The tension between David and Trace was very slow building. Even after they accepted their attraction to each other the romance moved at a slow and steady pace. Especially since Trace hasn’t had any attraction to men before David. . I really enjoyed this couple and the slow progression of their relationship. Their chemistry jumped off the page! This was a really enjoyable, cute, friends-to-lovers story. No drama, no angst, just a sweet romance.
